Brassica plant

I see small pockets that could be holding flowers. I notice that the leafs are changing from round soft leafs to sharp gentle spiky leafs. I observe that all the Stimson are growing out. I see that all the stems are crossing over each other and making a x. I notice that the pockets are close together and they are like ants really close together. I observe that the stems are whitish and light green. At first the stems were small but now they have grown side waste and bigger.
